SALT LAKE CITY , UTAH – June 11, 2007 On June 20, the Utah Technology Council will hold a Medical Device breakfast hosted by Dynatronics, at 7030 Park Centre Drive, Salt Lake City, from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. This event will focus on issues facing medical device companies in Utah specifically on User Fee Reauthorization and the FDA, Patent Reform, and other issues that where discussed at the Medical Device Manufacturers’ Association’s (MDMA) annual meeting held at the end of May. Some of the hot MDMA topics may include efforts to promote a fair and open marketplace, compliance issues, and coverage and payment issues. The informal open discussion will be facilitated by Dynatronics CEO Kelvyn Cullimore. Kelvyn H. Cullimore, Jr. was named chairman of the board of directors of Dynatronics in January 2005. He continues to serve as the company's president & CEO, positions he has held since 1992. He previously served as secretary/treasurer from 1983 to 1992 and as administrative vice president from 1988 to 1992. He has served as a director of the company and its predecessors since 1979. Mr. Cullimore graduated cum laude from BrighamYoungUniversity in 1980 with a degree in Financial and Estate Planning. In addition to his involvement with Dynatronics, Mr. Cullimore served as executive vice president and as a director of Dynatronics' former parent company. He currently serves on the board of directors for ITEC Attractions, Inc. (ITEC), an entertainment, restaurant and retail mall complex in Branson, MO. Mr. Cullimore is a member of the board of the Medical Device Manufacturers’ Association, a national medical device trade association headquartered in WashingtonD.C.
