Welcome to the Utah Technology Council
With the merger of the Utah Life Science Association (ULSA) and the Utah Information Technology Association (UITA) into the Utah Technology Council (UTC), all members of ULSA and UITA in good standing automatically become members of the new UTC. As many of the existing programs of ULSA and UITA will continue, here is a brief overview of the benefits currently available:
Peer-to Peer Forums
The UTC will continue the success series of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Forums and add new forums as needed. The current P2P Forums meeting regularly are the CEO, CTO, CIO, Emerging Executive, Marketing Executive, and Human Resources Executive forums. For more information about the individual forums and past topics, click here.
Educational Clinics
The UTC also offers monthly educational clinics on a variety of subjects. Recent topics include:
Preparing for an M&A Exit (Dorsey & Whitney)
Negotiating an executive employment agreement (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati)
Intellectual Property (Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll)
Venture Financing(Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati)
There are also a limited number of one-on-one pro-bono sessions available following each clinic (conflict checks required). For more information, contact Mark Lehnhof at mark@utahtech.org or 568-3500.
