Lee Imlay has over fourteen years’ experience in public accounting with KPMG and is an audit partner located in Salt Lake City. He is member of the KPMG’s Western Area Real Estate Practice as well as serving as an Asset Management partner, specializing in hedge funds and fund of funds.

Mr. Imlay has worked with both publicly-traded and private companies; the industries in which he has provided services primarily include hedge funds, fund of funds, real estate and construction, retail, consumer products, ski resorts, and franchising operations. He has significant experience in international operations, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of both equity and debt instruments.

He is a licensed CPA and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese from BrighamYoungUniversity and with his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico.
