Jeff Jones is Vice President, a Director and co-founder of Durham Jones & Pinegar, a Salt Lake City law firm specializing in corporate and securities law. He has helped drive Durham Jones & Pinegar’s growth from four lawyers in 1992 to over sixty today. Jeff devotes substantial attention to corporate and securities transactions, as well as advising boards of directors and their committees on all aspects of public company and corporate governance. He is experienced in corporate organizations, private equity, venture capital and other private financings, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He is also experienced in all aspects of SEC compliance, including PIPE offerings, on-going reporting, and corporate governance. He has been listed in the 2006-2008 editions of “Super Lawyers” and Utah Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite.” He was previously a member of Neilsen & Senior and Allen, Hardy, Evans, Rasmussen & Jones before co-founding Durham Jones & Pinegar in 1992. Jeff was Chair of the Banking and Finance Section of the Utah State Bar from 1992 to 2000. Jeff graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1979.
